Service and reliability have been sliding more and more. Pizza not ready regardless of the app tracker claiming they?re done.... I?ve never felt too much sincerity in the excuses and apologies for the numerous times they?ve messed up, and there?s never beenmention of making it right. I ordered 2 pizzas tonight at 5:30 to be delivered at 6:45. By 7:00 my pizzas had not arrived and I had to call and ask about... them. They finally arrived at 7:07 with no apologies for the delay, and while the pizzas were delicious, they weren?tparticularly hot. We will not order from this location again. Back to Blackburn Mews! A little response from a first time order to this location.. We recently moved from Cambridge and ordered fairly often. That... was the slowest I have ever gotten an order from a Dominos Establish. I ordered the 16 piece parmesan bread bites. They came relatively fast but they also came with no parmesan, the main ingredient.... I called them to tell them they forgot to put the parm on and they informed me they had none. Very bad business imo! They shouldhave informed me when I called to place the order that the dish I'm ordering would be missing the main ingredient. I wouldn'thave ordered if I had known. Disappointed. Read more
