Tried to contact the restaurant from 7pm and nobody answered and although the closing time was 8pm m, I had to drive there and... found out it’s closed already. Please do not play with customers and deceive them when you are already closing. I also calledtheir customer service and they couldn’t also reach out to them at 7:15. Read more
Went for early dinner at 4:10pm. Food was on the table by 4:20, Arrived, ate, paid and out in thirty minutes. 3 hour drive home.... Speedy, polite service, and food was good as always. Read more
Worst location ever. I have been to quite a few East Sides over the years, but this is, by far, the worst one ever. Not only... were the portions extremely small, when we got our appetizers, they were hardly warm let alone hot. When we got out sliders,which should have come before the main course and didn't, they were cold, the main course was cold. We saw our waitress all ofone time. We weren't offered more drinks, more soup, salad or bread, weren't asked how our meal was, etc. When we askedanother waitress if we could have our bill and told her why, almost 15 minutes later our original waitress came over and tossed2 takeout containers on the table, slammed the debit machine down and walked away. We paid our bill, needless to say we didn'ttoo, got up and left the restaurant. Definitely disappointed and won't return to that location again. Read more
Food: I used to love their breads, but this specific branch seems making them so bad, they are chewy, and taste day... old. Service: The whole service team seems very unprofessional, the breads was served for long time, without given any cutlery.When the salad came out, I asked for the cutlery, the server dropped the cutlery and left, and we were left still noplates. Management: The branch manager not only asking for a service animal certificate but also asked for what is the serviceanimal trained for. Of which, both are not permitted to be asked. Read more
My kids were happy. The pasta was amazing. Best lunch ever! Very clean restaurant with great staff. Very kid friendly. Patient... and accommodating. My main issue with a legacy brand like this is the lack of new varieties on the menu, especially after theincrease in healthy eating. And that’s even before you find out what isn’t in stock. Came through here on a road trip. I hadn't been to an East Side Mario's in what seemed like forever so I thought I'd give it a... go. To be honest, it wasn't the greatest of experiences. The staff were very friendly, but they were also overworked (which isnot their fault). The bread, as always, was excellent, but the rest of the food was only really average - other than the peanutbutter stack we had for dessert, which was amazing. Not sure I'd go here again if I had other choices, but it wasn't terrible. Read more
Absolutely garbage!!! They do one rotation of cheese and no more! They have cheeped out. The owners wife is nuts aswell.... Extremely rude and made my son cry. No wonder they are closing down! They have failed as a restaurant???????? Never eating ateast sides again in general! Completely ruined my kid!! This was his favourite spot to go and mine too!!!
