A PSA to never go into business with Gino's or the Muranos. Was taken for life savings and a ton of time and effort growing the... company. Then had the business taken back with 24 hours notice and resold to some other unsuspecting person after we weretricked into thinking we were part of the sale. Big portion sizes, but not electric scooter friendly. I would still go here in the future, but the last time I was here, they... forgot about my order (a slice, pop, and chips) and I waited awkwardly for 25 minutes while other people got their orders. Thestaff at the counter were a bit forgetful and didn't remember if I paid or not (and even what my order was). I did not get areceipt so I couldn't prove that I had ordered and paid, but they took my word for it and I finally got my food. Read more
Note: this review is for the Gino's in Harrowsmith, who, unfortunately, is not listed on Google to review. While the pizza is... decent, some of the other menu items are lacking. Tonight we ordered a variety of items; one got a personal pepperoni pizza, Ihad a Philly, and the rest wanted lasagna. The pizza was approved by the 11 year old, my Philly was ok but not great, thelasagna, however, was a big let down. At first glance it looks good, until you realize that half of what's in it is just sauce,and not a good sauce either; it tastes eerily similar to chef boyardee, and again, the amount of sauce in the tray is absurd. Over $80 spent tonight and I expected better. Much better. The photo shows the leftover sauce from one order of lasagna. Nota lot of room left for noodles or cheese, y'know, the stuff that makes up a lasagna. Read more

I love to try new pizza places and this was recommended by a friend. The staff is very friendly, its a family run place with... helpful staff. for that they get 5 stars all day long.. while waiting for my order even hearing their interaction regardingdelivery orders shows they care. the place itself is quite interesting with old school video games and pinball machines liningthe walls in the restaurant. However, the pizza was not really my favourite. I'm not a fan of toppings going under the cheeseas all the toppings always slide off with first bite and the pepperoni does not crisp up but steams up under the cheese. Thecrust was ok, again, nothing that stands out. Also the value is not there for me... $36 with tip for large pizza that hassliced hot dogs on it is not something I'd like to experience again. Super good staff and service and very big menu, so maybenext time, i'll try one of the philly steak sandwiches. Read more
Honestly the place looks run down. But hands down definitely one of the best slices of pizza at had in a very long time.... There's a reason why it's ranked number second in all of Canada. Create price and perfect ratio of cheese sauce and crust.Really recommend this place it's worth it. Read more
Really good pizza and crust was so good. Very much enjoyed with ths. Will be back. Customer service was excellent too.
