I'd give them 2.5 if I could. First time I went there, they missed putting fries in a combo. They were nice enough to offer a... full meal replacement but then they forgot the drink, and the oil that was used foe the fries/fried taco thing was incrediblybitter. This is by far the worst experience I've had at any place that serves food!!!!! The very simple order was confirmed twice! The... order come short 2 items. Immediately we parked and walked in to say the order was incomplete. After being accused of lying theyfinally completed the order. Once home still frustrated we opened the tacos and all 4 were made wrong. Never eat here! Horribleservice and attitude!!! Ridiculous isn't the word!!!!! Read more
Consistently the worst fast food service I've had. Long wait times, impossible to hear staff through the old drive through... speaker, drive through menu seems to always have a glare. I could live with all that, but they can't ever get the order right.Usually missing more than one item, and what makes it in the bag is wrong. My kids all got the spicy version of the mild thing Iordered, their nachos are missing, and my order was all there, but half the wrong stuff... It's a convenient location, but Ithink I've had it. Very annoyed with this location. I ordered 3 crunch wraps and 2 burritos, they charged me 29.43$. they must have charged me for... somebody else's meal. I asked for a receipt in the bag and they tossed in a receipt with no information. I attempted to callnobody picks up the phone and the mailbox is full. This location needs help with managing there location much better. Theyshould also learn not to rip off customers. Don't think I will ever be back to this location. Very disappointed. Read more

Absolute worst quality and customer service I've been givin anywhere .. was told before getting to the window couldnt substitute... fries for the loaded taco fries with the gf meal . My 1.5 tacos supreme . Yes . 1.5 cause one was almost half missing ontop ofthat . My box meal was missing the barito. The main attraction of it . Not usually one to post reviews but this is by far the WORST establishment I?ve ever been to?ever. The service is terrible,... staff is extremely rude, the wait is beyond slow & I?ve truly NEVER gotten my order right. I tried to continue back in hopes ofthem redeeming themselves but truthfully would rather drive across town to the other Taco Bell location then to ever waste mytime or money at this place again!
