Where to begin... the building is disgusting and decrepit. The customer service was awful, and the employees were so rude. They... didn't have any Pepsi or 7up; Lemonade or iced tea only. They didn't have plum sauce, so I ordered bbq sauce instead. With myorder, they forgot: bbq sauce, my 2 drinks, the cheese curd for my poutine, the ketchup for my partner's fries, and the forks. Ordered a bucket of chicken with sides and popcorn chicken for my kids, they screwed up the order ended up giving 3 boxs of... fries instead of the popcorn chicken which is not a super big deal if the fries werent soggy, the gravy is basically greaseflavoured water. The chicken itself was very overcooked covered in grease and pretty much inedible. I would call and complainbut most they're going to do is offer me a deal for the next time we go which is never because the food is over priced trash andi won't be going back. Hope this helps! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for ?fresh? chicken, and was asked to pull up and they?d bring the food out. I watched as... three employees sat around and talked, nobody else was in the drive thru behind me, and then the food came out late and cold.Not worth going to this location. Wow!! Shame on Kingston Health and Safety to take this long to shut them down. At least something has been done. Watch out... Kingstonians, this location is not an isolated incident. Health, safety, food quaility at other establishments, especially fastfood, are getting worse. Read more
