This place has good quality tasting food, excellently prepared, clean and always seems fresh. My complaints would be front door... service. Twice I've been passed by other non reserved guests, so I left. Plenty of choices even for the most picky of eaters. Desserts amazing as well. Seems to be heavy on msg as I never get past a plate. For the price I'd hope to eat more. Love theplace but it's bit expensive in my opinion. Read more

A walk down memory lane! I hadn?t been to a Mandarin Restaurant in decades, and I?m happy to report that the experience did not... disappoint. Our server Jody was friendly and attentive. The food was just as I remembered, in a positive and nostalgic comfortfood kind of way. The themed decor was creative and fun. Recently, my partner and I dined at Mandarin Kingston Restaurant and this place is spectacular! The ambiance was so mesmerizing... and the whole place was excellent! We were immediately greeted by the polite and welcoming staff and the incredible aroma oftheir dishes made my mouth water. Their dishes are always fresh and delightful and the quality of their food such as theappearance and flavor is fantastic! So, we ate a lot and enjoyed the food to satisfy our cravings. Also, the servers werefriendly and the services we received were so amazing. I say that their customer service is exceptional! The experience we hadwas so great and because of that we will definitely be back again. Mandarin Kingston is highly recommended! Kudos to themanagement and their staff! Read more

Very clean and the decor was fabulous. The server Jackie that took care of our table was very attentive to us and every table... she was serving as well as her support staff were very helpful. They took extra precautions when it came to the buffet andeveryone had to wear disposable, one time use gloves before approaching the very well stocked and very varied buffet tables andonce back at our table there was always someone nearby to take away the gloves as soon as we took them off to eat. No masks arerequired, although some patrons did have them on and the tables are fairly spaced apart so as to not feel crowded. I was actually surprised of how the restaurant has improved. The staff is friendly, the food tastes better than when I first... visited. The potions are alright for the price. Our May 2022 visit was a bit on the disappointing side. It was a buffet.However, some of the dishes were not tasting fresh. They seemed to have been leftovers from the previous night.
