There were no issues. The food and service were unremarkable and average. One mistake was made when a 'normal' Big Mary was... given instead of the spicey version, and not noted until home. Read more
It was National Fried Chicken Day and so, I ordered before 11am for an evening curbside pickup due to our schedule as well as... health concerns. The food was piping hot and great tasting once we actually got it. The issue is that it wasn't ready at thedesignated time and we had to call the store a second time after arriving on their parking lot. During the first call we weretold it would be "at least 5 minutes"... Okay, that would be right at the designated time. But, we were still waiting when wecalled in again 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. This time we were told we would be included in "the next" batch. Somuch for my efforts in planning well ahead! It certainly did not appear that our curbside pickup order was prioritized to be ontime. As a result, one of us didn't have time to eat properly before having to leave for a schedule appt. Please reassess howyou handle orders so that ppl going in off the street are not prioritized ahead of scheduled orders. Hoping due diligence willbe given to online pre-orders in the future! Read more
Went to this location two days in a row. Tried the Nashville for the first time yesterday - it was good. Generous size piece,... wwa at very spicy, probably the next spicy one after the regular BUT it did taste like Nashville and was full of flavour (theNashville Taters are even better for flavour too). I decided to go again on a Monday - Big Mary Monday is the true test to seehow big the burgers are or if we end up with smaller cuts like some locations. Nope, this piece was bigger! I ordered throughthe app both times to avoid potential line ups and they had my food ready on time with no wait (which is convenient if you?re ona break from work). Staff are extremely friendly, quick and haven?t messed up my order yet. Read more
They are friendly, though they don't always have their masks above their noses, and the food is really good! I love their banana... pudding! Now and then items are missing, but now we always just check our order in the car before we leave. I would love a drivethrough location in this end of town! Read more
