This McDonald's in Kingston is the best pit stop when traveling to and from Montreal. The place is always clean and great staff.... We happened to stop with the kids on Thanksgiving Monday and they were going over and above to make everyone's day a little bithappier. Read more
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers a medium fry and a coke fountain drink and the lady behind the counter was helpful friendly and super... nice we ate in the car but let me tell you that was the best McDonalds i ever had...in my 40 or so years eating at mcdonaldsprobably at least 100 locations, (the New Jersey Turnpike location was like a cafeteria! You slide your tray along and pick asmuch as you want, no waiting..) So back to the food...it was absolutely perfect..if i didnt live over a hour away i would onlygo to this location..i have to go back a few times to see if it was a fluke but im guessing it wasnt.. By far the slowest and worst service I?ve ever experienced at any fast food chain. Sat in drive through for 5 minutes and didn?t... move. Went inside and took another 20 minutes to get food. Read more
There is too much rush for everything. The employees don?t know what products they carry and realize it after charging for... it. Worst ever poutine. Fries were cold, half cooked and poutine gravy was so less in comparison to the fries and cheese. Hadmuch better poutine at different McDonald?s locations. Read more
I stop at this McDonald's every time I drive from Montreal to Toronto and I always have such a good experience. The food has... always been hot and fresh but moreso the people that bring the food out to the curbside pick up are always extremely friendlyand show a sense of pride in their jobs. 5/5 will visit again. Had to wait a while for my breakfast sandwich, but it was night time, so I understand. I work nights though, so wanted it at... that time. Manager explained that they were making a fresh egg, and eventually gave me my coffee whole I waited. I appreciatedthat, and he was really nice. While I waited for the sandwich an employee came to my table and asked for my name and phonenumber. Turns out that she wasn't looking for a date, but collecting information for covid 19 tracking. I politely advised herthat I would appreciate if they respected my privacy and left. I understand why the information is being collected, but I choosenot to share my information, and she didn't seem surprised or offended. The sandwich and coffee were both good. I went to the drive-thru I picked at the fries on my way home.. when I bit into the sandwich I had to spit it out it was... horrible it was a crispy chicken sandwich... I don't know what the hell it was but it sure as heck didn't taste like chicken. Iwill never eat at McDonald's again Read more
