I am rarely at this end of town so I was surprised at lack of customer service here. The 2 staff working drive thru at 11 am ... are rude. The first one who took my order started with ? we will be with you eventually ? Wow really??? She spoke in a clippedtone, short basic sentence and no friendliness whatsoever- like having an actual job was a daily burden for her. At the secondwindow she could barely look at me when she handed me my food and only smiled when I smiled at her. Then came my food- I?mpretty sure a slice of cheese is not standard on a Jr Chicken?? Here we go again. You work all day and then grab your dinner, to drive home and see that you have paid for barely any good. Too... tired to return after working all day. This locations gets my orders in incorrect or treats the order carelessly when having topay ridiculous prices for poor service. I had eaten one fork(4x French fries) out of this box as you can see the lack of gravyor anything else in the box. These poutines are over $4. I would say I received approximately 25-30 French fries. My order wasover $20. I am clearly dumb for continuing to come back here again and again. Read more

There are some great workers there. However, some of the younger staff need to pay attention to what they?re doing. My order... more than enough (compared to other locations) is messed up/wrong, and even with only ONE person behind me in the drive thru, itwas still wrong. The guy even checked the bag before giving it to me - and it was the wrong order. How? People don?t have timeto go through the drive thru again to get the correct order when they are on their way to work, etc. Read more

As a 14 year CAF veteran I've all over North America and Europe and this is unequivocally the worst drive thru in NATO. From... the time I placed my order (a coffee), to the time I received it, it was cold.....ordering a coffee at the drive thru when thereare only 3 cars should not take 25 mins. Anything deep fried is nasty. Tastes like they haven't changed their oil in years. ???? Giant pothole in the drive thru. Sooo slow and disorganized. Waited for a long time to order, asked 4 times what my order was, twice at the order box, once after... they tried to charge us for someone else's order and again at the pickup window. The cashier says their screen is lagging.Management needs to get a grip on this. Ordering two coffees should not take 10 mins out of my day. Read more

We frequent this McDonald's daily as it's convenient to our work place. If it's not one problem, it's another. They mess up at... least one of the two sandwiches ordered EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
