They messed up the whole order, and gave my niece basically an empty happy meal box. Was rude when I went back with the empty... box. Refused to confirm the whole order before when asked, which could've prevented the mess up. Read more

Now enjoying and reaping the benefits of non-gourmet coffee oligopoly with Timhortons in the downtown area, they open and close... on a whim, citing labour shortage. However, they have no problem serving people who order from their spyware laden apps at allhours. Two stars is for their coffee ? which is consistently good and also for their standard menu items. As far as service;it?s as if they have forgotten it?s a walk-in and sit-in resturant. Priority is given to delivery service drivers, and apporders while a waiting customer at the counter is an afterthought. Seriously, why waste $$ and energy on having a standardrestaurant in a prime location? Read more

Ordered McMuffin BLT Egg McMuffin and put no bacon because I'm a vegetarian. Got home and it had bacon on it... Service was very... slow but I heard one of the workers say they were down a few staff. She was also swearing up a storm very loudly about how shehad been there all day due to people calling in and it being very busy (another man in line commented on the swearing) - it wasclear she was overworked and very stressed out, but one should still control their behaviour. She was very nice to me,personally, however. Management didn't say anything to her about the swearing, which is quite concerning as I am a manager of alarge team of people and that would never fly with me. Read more

A few employees (a couple girls) in there are very racist, never speaks properly or politely to me ever but behaves very well to... white customers in the line. I thought it maybe a misunderstanding but the same experience was frequent when those girls worked. Read more

Do NOT ever order delivery from this McDonald?s. Pretty much 75% percent of the time I or my friends have ordered from here at... least one item was missing. Often times it?s more. Most recently, almost every single item we ordered was either incorrect ormissing. If you don?t have the time to reorder your stuff, you?re better off getting food literally anywhere else, because evenif the food isn?t your favourite, at least you won?t be hungry. Read more
