Kingston Location February 11th, around 6:30PM. Amazing customer service and food, what a spectacular experience! Our waitress... Taylor, was the kindest waitress we have ever had by far! She was efficient, quick, funny, and went above her job description inbeing VERY kind to us. ?? She mentioned they were short staffed when I said I couldn't believe how much everyone was runningaround, and you would have never known it by how friendly the staff was and how quickly things were moving! We had the sweetchili chicken bites to start, and I had the seafood sirloin - phenomenal! Drink was the Peach Blossom ???? No dessert photo, butwe had the cookie, it was also great! ???? We had a gift card and were told on arrival (of the waitress seeing the card), thatthey are not accepting it because the company was bought out, so to fix this problem they credited our gift card to one of theirnew cards and there was no issues at all during bill payment! Our server for the night was Isabel and she was attentive, polite, cheerful and helpful. She made our experience even more... pleasant. The spinach and artichoke dip was smooth and delicious. Portobello Mushroom Chicken was abundant and flavourful. TheSteak Sandwich packed a lot of flavour and the bread was soft. We told them we were celebrating our anniversary and they had akind gesture with us. We will be definitely coming back! Read more
We wanted to go out for a family dinner and asked we could have a booth, which we were given. The manager came and introduced... himself and did check ins throughout our time. Our waiter did forget to put in our apps but our mains were quick. I got theravioli, my husband their surf and terf and our kids had steak and their sides. At the end of my husband's meal there was aslight issue with a hair but the manager swiftly apologized, investigated and told us desserts were on the house as well as thatmeal. We truly did appreciate all the help and kindness we received (we never like being the complainers) and can't wait to tryin the summer! Read more
