Chinese was our go to take out. After covid restrictions relaxed we resumed our usual pattern. Sadly, every single place had... not just jacked up cost but greatly compromised on quality. Tried all our favs several times and the cost definitely didn'tsupport the newly inferior food. We stopped eating Chinese food! Then on a recommendation we went to New Garden. The BEST EVER!Fresh and top notch quality! Yahooo! Finally, we resume eating our favorite Sunday take-out! Read more

New Garden is a typical Canadian-Chinese restaurant. It is not authentic Chinese. It is operating takeout-only at the... moment. The food tastes quite bland and the portion sizes are small for the prices. I would recommend going to Sunflower atPrincess/Montreal instead, as they have better tasting food and double the portions for the price. The restaurant itself is astandalone building and looks a bit sketchy. The inside is very old-looking. Read more
