Stopped at pita pit tonight to grab a quick bite after a long drive and it was really busy. Took forever to get our food but... Jordan?s customer service was 10/10. She was definitely holding it together for the rest of the team. She was friendly and whenour brisket was burnt on the flat top, she offered us something new before even trying to put it in our pita. Went there for the first time tonight, used the drive through. Team was very helpful, the guy at adding the toppings was a nice,... fun guy who gave me good tips and a good laugh, you da man. Seemed like a genuinely good place. My chicken rice bowl was great. Read more
Super friendly staff but good lord make sure you get there in plenty of time to get your order. Waited 20 mins to get ONE... pita..there was one person taking orders one person at the grill one person doing the ingredients and about 4 or so employeeswandering around behind the counter and the back room. We stopped by this Pita Pit on the way home from a road trip. The 3 people working the closing shift were so sweet and went out... of their way to accommodate all my allergies (including cleaning the grill even though they were closed). They apologizednumerous times for the 40+ minute wait but it was understandable, given the thunderstorm earlier that day. Thank you for beingso kind and respectful of my dietary restrictions!
