I eat pita pit at least once a week, first time trying this location and it is absolutely terrible. We tried to order on Uber... and they cancelled twice so we went in and they said they ?don?t want money going to other corporations??.then why are you onUber? We ordered a western pita and after 15 minutes they came back to say they don?t have eggs, no biggie but why did it takeyou so long to figure that out. Got home with the pitas and the one with no onion had extra onion and two of the four orderscompletely fell apart when unwrapped. Poor service, poorly managed, and poor quality. Read more
I ordered a pita and had requested mushroom, onions and green pepper on the grill. When I got home I was missing all three. So... my pita was just lettuce, cucumbers and cheese. I was disappointed but get mistakes happen. I tried to call to fix the order,but it didn?t even ring. Tried a couple times, went straight to voicemail, so I left a message. It?s been over a week and no onehas responded. This isn?t the first issue I?ve had here. So very frustrated with the location. Read more

We placed a large pita order for a staff meeting recently. We were very impressed with the accuracy and quality of what we... ordered. It was bang on and delicious. We had a great experience at this location. It was busy, but the line moved at a reasonable pace. The staff were very friendly... and helpful with the questions we had about the menu. The wraps were fresh and made well. They didn't fall apart as you wereeating them. They were made correctly and all the ingredients and meat tasted great and fresh. This was the third time we have stopped at this location and today it was around 4:30pm, I have had the same young gentleman... serve me! He is awesome!!! We have been to quite a few Pita Pit locations and there are good ones and not so good. But honestlythis young man is the best, he is friendly and helpful and does a wonderful job. My husband and I are very pleased with thecustomer service and product he provides!!! Great job!!! Read more

Pita was good but I was very disappointed with the serving size. Cost me almost $15 for a pita with double meat and it was... smaller than a pop can. When I mentioned it was double meat the employee just kind of shrugged it off... and because the owneror moderator seems to want to deal with poor ratings by blaming other stores this was beside the Invista Centre.
