STAY AWAY!! Horrible service. I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered 14 piece chicken family meal. 4 pieces mild 10 spicy. Got... home after a 30 min drive, I then find out that the 4 piece mild chicken was missing. Phoned back and the worker apologized andoffer to make a note of it and said I can go back the next day to pick the rest up. Went back the next day and the manager tellsme the worker can't make that call. Utterly unacceptable treatment of customer for 4 pieces of chicken. They just permanentlylost a long time customer. If the HQ is monitoring how this franchise location is destroying the image of the brand, they shoulddo something about it. Made a complaint to the HQ, that is pretty useless as well.
