Fast food where it was not burgers. Had the burrito, and it was surprisingly good. Portions are decent.

I've been to this place many times and never had any problems. Today we ordered pork tacos and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was... great no l but the pork in the pork tacos were cold. I called in after my wife got home with the food and told them that thefood was cold and they told me that that was strange cause they say they warmed it up. I told them that we've ordered from heremultiple times and the food has always been great but it's cold. I told them that I was coming back to get the food made againand the tools me that they would replace it free of charge. I drove back in and they insisted again that they heated the foodup. I expected them to replace the cold food and give me a refund, however they said that they couldn't do this. I told them ifthey weren't going to replace and refund I only wanted a refund. Again I was told they couldn't do this. After a third timetelling them I wasn't a refund they made a call I got my refund. Customer service is great until they make a mistake. They showno accountability and don't try to resolve issues fairly. We've wasted so much time today with this. I'm extremely disappointedwith the service I received from Quesada today. Read more

I went to this place and there was very strong essence of chloride which is not good. There were some people eating at the... restaurant and some came for takeout just like me. The staff was still serving food in this situation also. I felt that was veryunprofessional. Not at all a good experience. I come here mostly everyday. I won't be returning back for sure. Read more

I must say that it?s the best burrito place in Kingston. All the toppings were fresh and yummy. My all time favourite is roasted... veggie burrito and tacos and quesadilla as well ;). So grab your one now :)???? Read more

This location is very hit or miss. It's either a really great burrito, or it's terrible (wet, too much sauce, wrong ingredients,... etc). Going in person seems to get better results than ordering on skip. They also haven't had montery jack cheese in a longtime and the current cheese just isn't the same. Read more

Love this location, have met some great staff members here! Great vegan options with beyond meat, roasted veggies and beans. The... vegan sauce at Quesada is the best sauce vs. any of their competition in Kingston. If Quesada added in a vegan cheese option, Iwould never go elsewhere for burritos. Read more
