I had a lovely experience here last weekend with some friends. Chris was a very helpful and sweet server (thank you!) and... offered suggestions to what would pair well together. Thanks so much for a great office party Saturday night. My husband and I, personally, had a great time. The food was decent and... the servers were attentive, and my drinks were never empty. We had karaoke as well so that was fun. Especially after a fewdrinks. All in all, I would probably visit here on my own to see what other dishes they have. Read more
One of the best restaurants in Kingston. The Wagyu Beef Burger is one of the most delicious I've tried. The potato leek soup was... very tasty too. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. There are gluten free options too which is great for mywife. It's right next to the lake so in the summer you could enjoy the patio as well. Five of us went to lunch today to celebration my sons 21st birthday. Our server was fantastic (I didn?t get his name but a... genuinely nice chap with a wonderful sense of humour). The River Mill is in a beautiful location and although the weather waswet and miserable the setting was beautiful and peaceful. I have a lot of allergies including being Gluten intolerant and I hadthe best, most tastiest meal that I have ever had the pleasure of eating and the rest of my table agreed that their food was byfar the best that their taste buds have experienced so far. We had an absolute fabulous time here. One of my pet peeves in restaurants is waiting and nagging to get water refills which was... not a problem here. Wait staff constantly refilling our waters. Our food came appropriately timed, our very delicious steakswere cooked to order. Fries were delicious! It appeared all other patrons and staff were enjoying their time. Wait staff wasvery attentive, we were thoroughly impressed and plan to return. The staff worked hard and pleasant as a team. Marvelous place!Sit near a window and enjoy the view of the river! Go!
