I assume good will of people, but I don?t have a good explanation of what happened. I was asked my name and I pronounced and... spelled my original name correctly for the staff. When they were preparing my drink I heard them joking and laughing about whatkind of name is that. And when I got my drink they got my name awfully wrong to a bad word. This is the best Starbucks in Kingston. The staff are always enthusiastic, greet customers entering and departing, and pay... attention to serve exactly what customers order including how they request the coffee etc. (served with less cream, more cream,short, long? ) and redo what doesn?t please! Love this location! Staff is great, clean store, travels well with Uber eats. Lots of vegan drink options available. Vegan food... items are lacking in general at Starbucks, not a downside of this specific location but, nothing great food wise. Read more
This location is always busy and bustling but the staff are friendly, professional, and efficient. They have about 5 parking... spots +1 for persons with disabilities which is great for downtown! There is also really nice seasonal outdoor seating. Being soclose to the university, the wait can be longer than the estimated when mobile ordering, but they always do their best andinform you upon entry if they are behind. I really appreciate the effort put forth by the Johnson/Division baristas! Read more

Someone has been misleading me about my favourite drink eligible for red cup promotion. They said anything with pumpkin are... eligible for holiday drink. I called a day before red cup promotion day, if Pumpkin Cream Nitro Cold Brew is eligible for redcup promotion that day. They told me yes, then the next day in the dawn in the morning when I came for long line up at 5:30am,Pumpkin Cream Nitro Cold Brew is not eligible. I've been lied to. I didn't buy holiday drinks as all the holiday drinks as Ihave some other dietary restriction. Wasting 15 minutes of my trip to get there.
