There were about 8 employees, waited for my drink for 15+ minutes and it was not at all the drink I ordered, they specifically... asked me if I wanted whipped cream I said yes and they didn?t do it. I only noticed this after I had walked away but do better. Read more
Good standard starbucks, very limited seating area but otherwise it's exactly what you expect. They take order ahead.
This is the most consistent amazing customer service I have ever experienced. All of the staff are friendly, especially Ashley.... She always remembers my name and asks about my day or follows up on things I have told her last time. The rare times I have hadmistakes in my order, the staff goes above and beyond to fix it. I was a regular here but will not be going back until a certain employee is no longer there. Try going to any other Starbucks if... you can, no matter how many times I ask for the same drink order it is ALWAYS different. I just want coffee in my coffee andeven if I specify I get the wrong drink handed every time. Its actually super upsetting to pay so much for a drink I cant evendrink. Read more
