I hate giving poor reviews, but after being a weekly customer, who always tips, I was very disappointed with the customer... service this evening. I get Covid changed things, but now that things are open again, bathrooms for paying customers should beprovided. I was told to go across the street to Tim Hortons to use their washroom. I really like their subs. But the five star is mostly for the service. Throughout my visits to this branch, I have seen that... most employees are very helpful and friendly. Yesterday evening an employee went back inside to check ingredients for me eventhough I didn’t ask her to do so. She just noticed that I was a little worried about the ingredients. She made my day!
