Hello, Moved to Kingston recently and been trying to have Subs from different location. As far as quality of the sub and... Costumer service goes. This is the location I would go. I have tried other Subway locations but the amount of toppings they putis like very minimum. This Subway does care about their costumer and generally put lots of toppings in term of quantity. Staff was super sweet and subway is generally good but I've noticed that usually the cookies at this location are never actually... baked. They always have cooked edges but majority of the cookie is still raw. Read more

Pretty good location. Lots of Parking. Pleasant staff for the most. Toppings are replaced regularly and thus always fresh.... Something some of the other Subways can learn from. Comfortable seating before the Covid-19 situation, when you could eat in. Read more

My favorite location to visit is the 2545 Princess St. spot. Always friendly, and courteous, and the store is always clean. The... employees always make my sandwiches exactly how I like them without rolling their eyes when I ask for a little bit extraveggies. I highly recommend this location for your next Subway sandwich. hello, came here to pick a skip order, it was lined up and i first chose to stand in the que but then realized that the display... board stated "order here" and the other board stated "express pick up" so seeing the other board i thought had to pick up fromexpress pick up counter as there was no signs which showed where a skip person should stand or pick up the order from, an oldlady working there shouted disrespectfully asking me to get back in the line, i do understand that its time to socially distancebut you guys lack signs and plus your staff is super rude, just to let her know that i wasn't working for her and she had norights to be disrespectful , i would like to bring in the owners notice that if this is the way your staff behaves they do notknow customer service so kindly work on that, there is always a better way of speaking, just because i didn't wanted to create ahavoc in the store i didn't choose to respond to her. kindly learn to behave. The 1 star goes to the staff who behaved rudely ataround 1 - 1.20pm on 28th may tuesday. Read more
