Very rude manager. I was doing refill 2nd time , manager told me not to do again bcz its his policy (refill should be unlimited... but i accepted that thier policy) i was talking to manager and his sister (who was not working just sitting instore) startedabusing me and my wife. And told us to get out from the store. Never come again. Very bad customer service. Read more
Very rude manager.... Making their own rules we understand. But his sister abusing customer who is not even working there... so... stupid way to work.... Really want to talk to owner. This is how you want to treat customer? This is not about 1 cup of sodawhich cost 10-20cents.... this is about disrespect that your manager did. Your employees have rights to talk to customer , buttheir relatives can not talk like this. Read more
