Ordered take out at Sushiya zen. The Caterpillar roll was great, highly recommend. The Spicy mayo made the roll! Plenty of... avocado as well The Spicy Salmon was not as good as other restaurants. A bit too much rice for me. I didn't like how theychopped the salmon and the Tempura together either. Read more
Definitely one of the best places I've had sushi. To the point where when I returned to Ottawa I was looking forward to my next... visit to Kingston so I could have sushi from here again. Note if you are taking it home and eating it the next day to ask themnow to put the sauce on top. Awesome sushi, good service. Read more
Delicious food, very nice and friendly staff, reasonable price. Nicely decorated, good music, pleasant place to have your... meal. Lots of options in the menu. Would only suggest to include the traditional salmon roll in the menu (only options weresalmon+cucumber roll or the spicy salmon roll). Also, the sauce for chicken Katsu and pork Katsu were tasting different fromthe traditional recipe, but it was also good. I like it. :) Read more
Our first visit and we were not disappointed. The tuna, unagi, and red snapper sushi were fresh and tender. The agedashi tofu... was good, wish there was a little more sauce though. The rolls were well done, rice was excellent, but we definitely preferredthe unagi roll and deluxe dynamite over the spicy tuna which was a bit mushi in texture. Sima Sushi is our fav in Kingston,Sushiya is probably in our top five. Read more
Definitely one of my favourite spots for sushi in Downtown, Kingston! The food is always so fresh and the staff are very... friendly. Prices are fair and the restaurant is very clean. Read more

Awesome Food! One of the best sushi houses I've ever been to. Service as just ok, but decently efficient and polite.
Will never order with them again. I ordered though UberEats and I got the wrong items. The UberEats driver swears that the... restaurant gave them the wrong items and the restaurant states the UberEats driver dropped off the wrong items. Who knows who isright. Both UberEats and the restaurant were less than helpful. I was going to just re-order and pick it up myself by therestaurant was so unhelpful and rude that I declined to do that. Will not be giving my money to places with poor communication /rude customer service. Read more
