Excellent service, professional, quick, food very tasty, well prepared with parking.

Ordered through skip the dishes. Asked for no bean sprouts in my food. Got bean sprouts in my food. Called and explained and... they told me to just get a refund through skip the dishes. Not even an apology was said about it. Not so sure they care abouttheir customers. Now I'm out my dinner because which isn't helpful as I have celiac disease and only have a handful of optionsto eat for takeout. Will not be ordering from there again. Do not recommend. Read more

My wife and I both love this place. Their food is delicious, service is great, and they're usually very quick. On top of that,... you get to watch them make your meal right in front of you. The restaurant is clean and there all tons of menu options so it'snot hard to find something you'll love. Read more

Horrible Service, I have frequented this location many times. When taking clients up to Kingston this was ulour uaual lunch... spot. As time goes on, service has gotten horrible. Today I ordered a tofu fried rice and confirmed with the employee it'svegetarian so they don't put egg. They delivered a vegetarian fried rice without tofu and added egg. When we approached them tofix it the employees tried to charge me extra 3 dollars for tofu and said that vegetarian doesn't include tofu. They also statedthe the order i said was to comlicsted. Communication with their current employee base seems to be horrible. Further I wentthrough reviews for this location and it seems it's an ongoing issue. Their customer service is rude and getting orders wrongseems to be a norm. How does a franchise allow this locatoon to run without keeping business owners liable for this sort ofattitude. If customers wanted to take a risk and try something different , we'd go to non franchise locations. The reason behindchoosing a franchise food spot is for comfort and consistency. On google it clearly says that this place closes at 11pm. I was at the store before 10:30pm and they were closed. It would be... great if you guys could get your timings sorted. I also tried calling the place several times earlier and they never pick thephone. How are we supposed to contact you guys if you dont pick up? Please try and improve the service. Read more

Visited the place today for quick lunch with friends. We were in the hurry so wanted to get something quick. This is first time... I visited Thai Express. I order fried rice with vegetables. The food was okay and the quantity is quite good. I asked chef if Ican get soup without fish or meat. But there is no soup option for vegetarians. I felt the price is on little higher side.Although you can try out if you want to try Thai food quickly. Read more

Pretty nice little spot, the soups there are all fantastic. (Edit) originally 4 stars due to the chicken being shaky once when... Tried the shrimp Tom yum at this location and it was really good! Only issue was the neighbourhood wasn?t great, what has... happened to downtown Kingston? Homeless ppl sleeping on the benches, garbage floating around, I got harassed by a crackhead formoney and didn?t feel safe. Would never go here when it?s dark. Read more
