I had one good poutine here. Otherwise it was an absolute disaster. Orders not placed by staff. What I ordered was sold out by... the time server realized she didn?t put my order in. Food that did come was cold and very average. There?s a reason why thefood is cheap. Cocktails have been missing key ingredient on multiple occasions. Drinks claiming to have egg whites that comelooking flatter than a board and no foam. I?m sure I will be told by the owner that I?m wrong and everything at thisestablishment is 5-star. Read more

Came for my birthday and so glad I did. What a beautiful spot to enjoy with friends and family right downtown. The service was... exceptional, and the food was delicious. All 7 of us had yummy meals. I got a complimentary piece of key lime pie for mybirthday and it was also delicious. The owner is very hospitable and kind, and came right over to our table to ensure we wereenjoying everything. Went to grab a drink and food tonight around 9. Unfortunately we never got food, because our server never came to check on us.... About 40min later, and several attempts to grab workers attention, my fiance went up to the bar to ask. By then we were informedthat they closed the kitchen. So if we had been checked on earlier we would have been able to have food. The main visibilereason for this (since it was empty) is that there was a table which had some of the servers friends at it, which he tended todiligently.....while neglecting us. Felt very ostracized here and unwelcome. Would not recommend. I would also like to mentionmy fiance was the only person of colour in the entire atmosphere, and due to the unwelcoming behaviours we experienced, we alsospeculate that our neglect may have been intentional.
