I have enough of this bull crapp. 35 mins in drive threw. They never get it right yesterday wrong bagel. The service is so bad... can't understand the staff as they don't speak Canadian! Your staff choices have made A Canadian business go down the drain. Read more

Have attempted mobile order a few times at this location. Each time order is placed prior to leaving home. Each time the order... is not ready upon arrival. Most recent order today prompted this review. Upon arrival a greasy wrapped soggy bagel was sittingon the counter, with no receipt. I ordered a bagel and tea. After waiting 5 minutes the tea with receipt was added, but notanywhereclosw to the bagel. Had no idea what type or whos bagel it was. Leaning on the counter and staff ignored me. Eventuallystaff tells me that bagel is part of my order. My toasted bagel was prepared 10 minutes before my tea. Thanks. Wont use mobileorder again at this location. The mall service is better for that. Do not use mobile order at this location. Read more

Wasn?t gonna leave a review, I get it, but it gets busy, but I waited 15 minutes of my 15 minute break waiting in the tummies... lobby waiting for a sandwich I usually get in 2-3, and had to correct them on making it because it was done wrong twice, but nowthat you?ve finally gotten my next break to be able to sit down and eat it since my first break was wasted waiting for thisfood, it?s disgusting, not cold, but so horribly made, as well as the bun is YET AGAIN STALE. The employees are great service is always great but the overall freshness of the food anymore is not great! The donuts are... always stale or sat around for longer then should but most of the stores are like this it seems the product supplied to thestores is not even close to what it use to be! For a chain as large as Tim Hortons that has the amount of revenue intake as theydo they should have someone at each site or at some sites that make the food fresh daily!! Read more

Had to be the poorest service in kingston. Whatever you do CHECK YOUR ORDER. It really should not take 3 tries to get a black... coffee. In store or drive though doesn't matter. In store service is dismal and slow. If there is anyone at all serving thecounter. Read more

Terrible service. Drive through times are long, store is frequently closed due to being short staffed. If you do manage to get... inside, you might as well plan on waiting even longer since almost all staff are focused on the drive through. There have beenmultiple instances where the debit machine isn?t working and there is no sign until you get to the spot where you order in thedrive through. By that point, people have been waiting quite a while and are also trapped and cannot leave. Common sense saysthat there should be a sign before that point. I?ve stopped going here. I tried to give this location a second chance after acouple of years of not visiting due to similar issues, but it only seems to have become worse. Read more
