Says open at 8am but are always 10 -15 mins late to open everyday. Employees will just stand there and stare at the customers... waiting outside when they are suppose to be open. This happenes on a daily basis so I choose not to purchase at this location. Read more

Ordered a double double for my friend on my way to meet him. Placed my order, then watched the staff all start lumbering around... with no sense of urgency truly looking miserable to be at work. I waited 10 mins before I realized no one was making my coffeeor had any intentions of doing so. So I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to make my coffee, then the staff bickered ateachother for awhile before someone finally made the coffee. I picked it up and it felt light. It was barely over half full andI couldn't even bother at that point. You wasted my time and ripped me off today. None of you deserve to be employed. Read more

Everytime I come here the machine to make blended cold drinks is broken. They never put up any signs indicating the machine is... broken so I try to order the same drink each time thinking their equipment is working. I asked why the machine wasn't workingtoday and was met with a very rude response, the lady working there also greeted me very aggressively. Maybe if you want mybusiness again, learn how to properly work in customer service and let customers know what items you aren't offering for thetime being, it's not that hard. Read more

Lots of staff but they all seem to be ? busy? doing other things instead of taking orders/filling orders. Creamy chill machine... is ALWAYS broken, been in multiple times over 2 weeks and every time I?m told the machine is broken. I have a feeling the staffis just too lazy to use it, or maybe incompetent. White older woman working the counter is rude and snappy. Maybe she shouldthink about retiring. Read more

This store has a serious service problem. Since before the last reopening it appears to be norm for long line ups and only one... person slowly serving customers. Not rare where someone from the back area comes out, grabs something and then returns to theback area. However, lots of staff dealing with skip the dishes type of orders. Management, if it exists, needs to re-evaluateits priorities. Either start serving the waiting in line customers (15 minute wait is quite often the norm ) or close the doorsand deal only with skip the dishes. Decent service most of the time, however a number of the employees just assume they get to keep the change that you?re supposed... to get back when you pay in cash? Like no, don?t assume you get to keep it, I might?ve let you if you hadn?t assumed, but whenI?m standing there waiting for my change I expect to be given my change? It?s a pretty basic concept.
