Very rude manager having a bad day. After both people in front of me getting wrong orders, I simply confirmed no bacon and got a... rude response back from the manager because she did not read the order back correctly. She even said she was having a bad day.Always appreciate being in a suit and getting talked to rudly as a long time customer. Now I know why everyone was mad in lineup.... Read more

I don't remember who it was I spoke to through drive through a couple weekends ago, but highly recommend just for the friendly... voice. Even as crazy as it was the person over the speaker and the people serving did not feel rushed to get food out. Read more

Most of the male staff at this Tim's are sullen & unfriendly, don't know the words "please" and "thank-you". They seem to be... resentful & unhappy in their jobs. They create an unpleasant undercurrent in the atmosphere of this Tim's. Bad vibes. Most malestaff require more customer service training and must be taught the words "please" and "thank-you". Bad service. I asked for a passion fruit tea lemonade and when she gave me a classic I told her I ordered the passion fruit and... she said no and tried arguing with me about it. You can find a better Tim hortons to go to in the city then this one. Read more

Customer service was good, except the mobile app needs work. Could not redeem a coupon at store due ti placing a mobile order... and wanting to add breakfast onto it. Saidni have to wait a half hour between purchases. App is not friendly for rewardsredemption at all. Held up a line for 10 minutes while staff tried to figure out why it would not work until someone mentionedthe 30 min wait period. Read more

Probably to slowest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I went into the restaurant and many customers (including myself) were lined... up for 10 mins before someone started accepting orders, as the employees were focusing all their attention on the drive thru. Iappreciated that the associate apologized for the wait, but clearly they need more staff here. Read more

Got stuck in the drive thru lineup which was not even 3 pm rush for 40 minutes. Window is suggested that they were going to lock... the doors for to Walk in and take out the order that they put more staff on. When I got to the window they couldn't even findmy order which was just a simple bag all that I had ordered that was in the app for a dollar. The manager sassed me and saidthey were 3 people not robots. He Also ask me if I would like a shirt referring to work there, I worked in coffee for 11 yearsa 150 cars per hour 25 seconds for car was in goal not 40 minutes . I would Highly recommend to stay Away From this locationan order another one that is more polite and better service Read more

Service is usually quick, except for during the morning rush (sometimes you wait two minutes, sometimes you wait 15), but I've... been there a couple times when they were out of things like buns, certain muffins, and different types of teas. Staff are greatthough! And the drivethru has two lanes, which is nice. Read more
