Slowest ever! Pinned in the drive through for 20 minutes for a simple coffee. Do not recommend.
Last few times I was there I waited in line for 5 mintues, I was the only customer in the store. They always put the drive thru... first and leave you waiting especially when you have to get back to work. All I ever order is a coffee , it shouldn't be thatlong of a wait this is usually around either 4 pm or 8 pm, they have atleast 5 people working at a time, I worked at pizza pizzajust me and another on a Friday night and nobody waited that long. Out of ALL the Tim's in town, this one makes the BEST coffee. Their drive thru might be a little long some days (due to the... military) but I'm always greeted with a smile and a delicious cup of coffee. Gwen, you rock. Read more
Waited inside for one of the 4 in the back to stop fooling around and serve me I'm pretty patient. Went to use washroom and... returned still no one at cash just the 4 or 5 of em in back kitchen. Went through drive through and have been in line forliterally 17 minutes. And I am not sure what's going on frustrating as I'm sure all 12 cars in front and behind me are late butcannot leave the line in drive thru. ? They used to keep this Tim's so clean with someone always mopping this floors and cleaning tables. Now every time I go there... are crumbs on the table and general neglect. It's a little surprising to me as it is situated right on a military base andyou'd expect better for the service members who are just trying to do their job. Read more
