There were six staff members, but no one made eye contact or tried to take orders for three minutes. I ended up placing a mobile... order, but I don't have a good memory with Tim Holtons. I don't want a lot of CS, but I think I need basic training. Read more
I asked for no cheese, it came with cheese, I asked for a refund, and what I got was harassed, the manager had to get involved... to get the refund, and even she had an attitude. Read more
The selection of in store hardware was good. The sales associate knew his stuff and was not pushy. I think pricing is about as... good as it gets. If you already know what you want its best to check online for deals including coupons and pre order for pickup in store. Can get a bit slow with the number of staff on hand but not unreasonable. This location is completely incompetent of making a single ice capp properly this is the third time I have received an ice cap ... not blended properly and undrinkable.
