Served me moldy bread today when I went on my lunch break. I?m disgusted as I ate some of the sandwich before noticing.
I find they never have the more special donuts, French Vanilla Drink, London Fog Tea, and, zero patience, when we cannot... understand them(the accents) over the drive through! More & more, I am finding an once LOVE CANADIAN FAVORITE MUST STOP, Is nowusually a Disappointment more often than not! This particular spot is one that Disappoints nearly Every Time, where Now, I tryto arrange another spot. Overall, it's not Canadiana, so much, anymore???? Read more
Cashier seemed nice. My FV coffee was less than 3/4 full. I don't expect it to the top because of foam, but that low isn't... right. Also, my cinnamon raisin bagel had obviously been cut with a knife that had garlic on it. So I'm sitting here hungry,because I can't stomach garlic for breakfast. Read more
This issue happened to me several times at this location. It happens pretty often that a certain food item is not available... after a particular time of the day (especially evening) in almost any Tim Hortons location. But if a popular donut is absent ataround noon, and they tell you that the next batch will be ready in 4 (!) hours, this never happened to me in any otherlocation. Unfortunately, this is not a single issue of this nature in this particular location (happened numerous times). Willnever visit this location anymore. Read more
I mobile ordered a large peach quencher, a medium frozen lemonade and a grilled chicken cilantro lime bowl. Got to Tim?s and... got in line in drive thru, waited 10 minutes at the speaker before we were served. When we got to the window we were told theywere out of lemonade and the grilled chicken was cooking, we?re not given the option to switch out drinks and got told to pullaround front. Waited another 5-10 minutes to be brought out a bowl with crispy chicken which was soggy. A large frozen lemonadeand a medium frozen lemonade. Love the candy cane hot chocolate! Tried the timbiebs too just for the experience. I find they taste almost exactly like the... regular timbit flavours - not really worth the hype in my opinion! Read more
Drive through service at this location is absolutely horrendous. Photo here of my ?large? French vanilla 3/4 of the way filled... after just opening it. Don?t charge people for large drinks if you don?t provide them, changing a cup size and still filling itwith a medium is not a large drink. It took 20 minutes in the drive through just to place an order, and another 10 to receiveit. I do not consider a 30 minute wait time adequate drive through service, I could order a meal and receive delivery faster.Will not be returning to this location under any circumstance. Read more
I ordered half a dozen dream donuts which cost more than just the regular donuts. When I got where I was going I find out I only... have two dream donuts and 4 regular. If I was gonna pay a premium price for donuts I wouldn?t want the regular donuts. Read more
