Order two large TT with milk and they end up putting cream, I asked them if... they can fix the problem but they were talking in some different language and laughing at me? wish an actual manager was workingso can speak to them? and couple guys working were not wearing beard nets when they have full grown beards! Find me a slower Tim Horton?s in this country. You can?t. I stopped in for breakfast and it was damn near lunch time by the time... I was finally given my food. Horribly understaffed, clueless management, lack of training. Never again. Avoid this location atall costs. Read more
Received 100% of our order WRONG...egg was black and green. Upon going back in after turning around on the Hwy, the wait to get... the correct order was so long I asked for my money back. They made every attempt to not return my money. I had to tell her 3xto give me my money back, and she did so reluctantly. Will never go back. There were other people there with wrong orders aswell. Gonna go with a 3 star. Ordered ahead on app in the morning to be ready 15min before work (work down the street). I arrived... there but had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me waiting for a mobile. No one else came to order during thistime except one person in between me waiting. I finally got their attention and got my food. Now we are close to running out oftime to eat and I see that the wrap I ordered with no chipotle as the wife can?t have anything with spice/pepper in it and foundit had it despite using mobile which should make it pretty clear - that and the fact that they weren?t busy/in a rush. Anyway,despite all this we called into the store and explained the situation. They were very good on it and will offer us 2 wraps toreplace them at our convenience. I ate both wraps and they were well made and one of the better ones I?ve had. The store is alsovery spacious which is quite convenient. Had the order not been messed up and had the delay it would be 5 stars but themhonouring the issue was much appreciated. Read more
Went to order food after a long day of work; & they decided to stop operating there sandwiches, crave-ables, wraps all of the... above; told me they stopped operating there grill station for the night. (8:40pm) Turned down a lovely couple in front of myselfin line who requested for sandwiches, in due part left empty handed, when I got the chance to order they also turned down myorder of sandwiches. I thought you were open till 10pm? But you?ll only serve coffee, hot chocolate, & ice Capps, littledisappointing as this was my one stop & my first meal of the day. Read more
