I went here expecting a bit of a deal, as their outside rooms are very dated and runned down. They offer monthly rates. So... figured I'd try them for a week or so. Met with some rudeness at the desk didn't even make it to a room.(great way to talk toother local businessman) Stayed at Marriott cheaper then what they were wanting. I was here for a family emergency. I was able to get 2 rooms quickly. The rooms were modern and clean. The pool and hot tub... were decent. No USB charging points in the rooms however... I'd recommend and I'd come back too. Read more

to be straightforward and honest the hotel was clean and nice and our room was fine.first thing i?m not a high maintenance high... expectations kinda gal but when i think of a hotel bed i want a soft comfy 190$/h cloud like sleeping experience and i didn?t goto the hotel to party or sit on the comfy couch i went there to sleep like most people lol and let me tell you the bed was likesleeping on the floor. pretty sure the mattress is the original from when this place opened. and the pillows were even worsepaper thin and lumpy and hard. The associate at the front desk Friday evening when we arrived-was fantastic. So friendly, accommodating and just a pleasure to... deal with. However the gentleman that was at the front desk for the weekend, really needs some training on customer service.Answered a phone call right in the middle of a question we were asking about the functioning of the air conditioning. Room wasok, the beds don?t have fitted sheets, so it made the sheets a little uncomfortable. It was clean, odour free. The bathroom wasok, the toilet ran for a majority of our two day stay. 4 nights for 1000$? Clean, hospitable, and cooperative workers when asked to work. There was a do not disturb sign, yet no,... tidy room sign, so am unsure what the dnd sign is used for. Had to ask staff to tidy room or for fresh towels on a 4 night stay.No issues with accommodations apart from price and service, the two most important factors in our capitalistic world. Read more

Positive: Never been in a hotel room with designated reading lights next to the bed lights. An EXCELLENT feature for those of us... who read in bed and whose partner does not! Loved that it was across the road from a FARM BOY grocery store (the only one inKingsto Negative: The room was very clean, but the fitted (older) carpet needed stretching as there was a wrinkle through muchof it. Not a very safe situation if you got up in the night and could not see it. Read more

Positive: The peoe were amazing and staff superb! We also checked out the restaurant and it was very nice Negative: I think... they should have someone checkingbpool deck for excess water. Although there were signs that it is slippery my husband didfall. We did report it and staff were great! Read more
