These guys close their main doors for everyone and ask us to ring the bell the the very back of the restaurant, even after doing... that nobody opened the door and finally a customer was coming out and opened it for me after 15 minutes. Karen at the front cashsaid that they were busy so could hear the phone or the bell. There was one customer inside and only 3-4 in drive thru, if youcall it busy, you better just close this location. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers are the perfect road trip food. This location is a quick pit stop off the 401. Clean interior and... bathrooms if you need to take a break from a long drive. Manager operating the cash register at the time was really polite andfriendly. Overall a good Wendy?s! Read more

This is my favourite Wendy's for miles. Front staff always seem to be genuinely happy, they are relatively efficient and quick... to adapt; and I haven't yet had any interactions that have not ended without me genuinely feeling like a valued customer. The worst experience I had in recent 10 years. They messed up the order and didn?t deliver fries, chicken nuggets, dipping... sauces and straws. That?s not all. In delivered items, they messed up the baked potatoes order. It was not baked properly andthe sour cream was missing from the top. Their burgers were decent. The salads weren?t fresh enough. Good location in my opinion. The Food is always usually hot and fresh. It was maintained and clean inside when we used to eat... in. Any issues would be sorted out immediately. My only complaint with Wendy's (this has nothing to do with any particularlocation) is there mobile app. It worked only one time for both me and my wife. Since then It just fails to process paymentafter you put your order together. They provide "offers" for discounts on food which you can apply to your order, these are"mobile offers" and can only be used and paid for through their mobile app. So it's quite disappointing putting an ordertogether and applying an "offer" only to find out once you try to pay it fails. And Calling the location your trying to orderfrom and telling them about this does no good as they can't help you or accept payment when you get there instead cause they are"mobile offers". So they can't honor the offer or help really at all. They just say they will put a complaint in about the appnot working, they don't even take your name. To sum this up, I like Wendy's and this location, but Wendy's just really needs tofix their app or need to start accepting payment at the store and honoring their offers in the meantime. Read more
Solid location. Haven?t had an issue yet, food is as expected, place is very clean and modern. You can order inside but the... mobile app doesn?t seem to have the pick up order option which is a bit annoying. Most toppings are free as well which is alwaysa plus. Read more
Came in to grab dinner on a surprisingly slow dinner time (I think I came in a bit after 5, and there was only 1 other person... when I came in). Ordered my food and went to wait. My order was called but it was missing my fries, and the staff were quick toapologize and get my missing item, even offered me a frostie to make up for the inconvenience. Honestly wasnt upset, and foundthe staff very helpful and friendly when I was in. Atmosphere is pretty decent as well. I'd say it's one of the better Wendy'slocations I've been to, but I recommend people come decide for themselves. Read more
