I visited the location in Kingston ,I have no issues there I always order very simple products and for me it seems to be the... same everytime ,the young lady at the register is always nice and helps me get the order correct ???? cause I have troublesometimes figuring out the order on the electronic order machine ,thanks to hilda I get my order and it's correct thanks???????????? Normally I love this place but I've been sitting here in my car for 20 minutes after placing a mobile order and there hasn't... been one other car in the drive thru or parking lot in this entire time. Unsure what's up with this morning crew. Didn't placean overly complicated order. Hope it's good. I'll update. Update. 20 plus minute wait but the food is alright. We only have gotten drive thru food here, which has been consistently excellent. The mango freezes and chulapas are favorites,... and I personally like the Doritos locos tacos (supreme), so when they are included in a box deal I am pleased. The staff yesterday mid morning were rude. Its fast food, so whatever. But the fact that they got the order wrong. The chicken... quesadilla, was empty forb2 of the 3 sections, only chiken in 1 of the 3 cut sections. The cheesy gordita crunch didnt come withthe quac I ordered, and they didnt melt the cheese so when I went to open the wrapper to eat it. IT SPILLED ALL OVER! We spent$50.00 on this food to be disappointed. No one inside, no one in front of us and no one behind us. Its frustrating! I use to do drive thru breakfast 3 years ago or so, and enjoyed it enough to return often. Post pandemic I entered the... restaurant on foot, and was surprisingly excited to see kiosks and an open welcoming place. So I ordered off the giant touchscreen and tapped my Cash App card. Four minutes later "Matt, order ..." and about the simplest, relaxed order is complete. Willreturn often as the restaurant is very clean and taken care of. The to-go rack near door is perfect.
