Normally I love this place but I've been sitting here in my car for 20 minutes after placing a mobile order and there hasn't... been one other car in the drive thru or parking lot in this entire time. Unsure what's up with this morning crew. Didn't placean overly complicated order. Hope it's good. I'll update. Update. 20 plus minute wait but the food is alright. They messed upand gave an extra breakfast burrito. No hot sauce as requested but at least the food is decent. Read more
We only have gotten drive thru food here, which has been consistently excellent. The mango freezes and chulapas are favorites,... and I personally like the Doritos locos tacos (supreme), so when they are included in a box deal I am pleased. The staff yesterday mid morning were rude. Its fast food, so whatever. But the fact that they got the order wrong. The chicken... quesadilla, was empty forb2 of the 3 sections, only chiken in 1 of the 3 cut sections. The cheesy gordita crunch didnt come withthe quac I ordered, and they didnt melt the cheese so when I went to open the wrapper to eat it. IT SPILLED ALL OVER! We spent$50.00 on this food to be disappointed. No one inside, no one in front of us and no one behind us. Its frustrating! Staff has been very friendly on every occasion. It?s refreshing to have people being nice when taking and giving your order. The... food has always been fresh too, and the last time I went it was the best chalupas I?ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Keep yourpositive attitude workers, and it will take you far in life. Thank you. 2 of the shells were crushed, but at least they had something in them. Well something more than barely anything at least. ... Still not enough. This one was 100% in tact... but with pretty much nothing in it. Sometimes the tacos are so full they burst. Most of the time they contain what I consider a normal amount. This.... I wouldn't pay 25 cents for this little meat,cheese, and lettuce. Yes, they were busy, but I'd rather wait another 5 minutes to get my food made the right way. This isjust stealing peoples money. I use to do drive thru breakfast 3 years ago or so, and enjoyed it enough to return often. Post pandemic I entered the... restaurant on foot, and was surprisingly excited to see kiosks and an open welcoming place. So I ordered off the giant touchscreen and tapped my Cash App card. Four minutes later "Matt, order ..." and about the simplest, relaxed order is complete. Willreturn often as the restaurant is very clean and taken care of. The to-go rack near door is perfect. Great remodel here, keepthis caring crew, and many more will return. Read more
