I ordered online and waited for them to put my sandwich in the mobile pickup. They were relatively busy and I was patient. Once... it was 30 minutes after I had ordered, I ran out of time and had to go. I tried to call just to cancel the order and I wasshocked at how they handled the call. First I didn't even give them my name before they started making excuses! They apparentlyknew I was waiting for my food and made no attempt to communicate an issue with me before I left. Second, they were soincredibly rude. I admit I was annoyed, but I didn't even have the opportunity to tell them I couldn't return before I was hungup on! I didn't even have the opportunity to yell at anyone because of how short and one sided this call was. All I wanted was arefund for the sandwich I didn't received. The owner was condescending, insincere, and blaming everyone for the bad experiencewhile doing nothing to remedy the situation. He "saved the sandwich" that he also claimed was sitting out all day. I orderedonline because I have been ill and now he is offering food that doesn't keep well and that had people breathing on it all day.He was disrespectful to me and his employees in the emails regarding my complaint and I would bet he is who I talked to on thephone. I had my lunch money stolen by this bully and he wants to say it's my fault I didn't eat. It's pathetic and I won't beback. Read more
