Great little place with tasty food and a friendly staff and laid back vibe. I had the El Cubano a delicious generous-sized... sandwich, with a large portion of freshly cooked fries. Yum! Felt like a time machine trip back to the 60's, I'll tell ya, it was an era of great service and food with a customer centric... smile... this back in time experience came complete with the silver time machine park out front, minus Doc & Marty Mcfly. Thisspot has the Best food... Great menu choices... a small town comfortable vibe... but then you meet the staff, responsible, respectful, intelligent... one would say clone worthy... sad we're moving out of the area for multiple reasons... If you?re looking for a no frills burger joint, this may not be the place for you. With that said, their burgers and burger... selection is amazing! I had one of their specials. A 1/3 burger patty with grilled red onions, basil, avocado, cheese and abalsamic reduction glaze. It was incredible. Something about all those flavors together was a true masterpiece. I can only hopethis will become a permanent menu staple. My partner got Uncle Marcos BBQ Burger, which was also incredibly delicious. Theburger itself is thick and juicy. Cooked to perfection. The Grub Hut has such a wonderful selection of burgers to choose from.Just choosing which one to devour tends to be a difficult decision - I want to try them all. Along with burgers, they have avery good selection of other foods to try. Everything on the menu sounded sooo good. We came around 4pm, and it was a bit busy.Despite that, service was quick and friendly. You also can?t go wrong with a milkshake. With tons of flavors to choose from, anda delectable selection of burgers and other things - you truly can?t go wrong with dining here. There really is something foreveryone. Can?t wait to come back! After hearing all about the Grub Hut for years I was in the area at meal time with the ability to stop and get some me... some. When though the parking lot looked full, there was no line inside and plenty of available tables. There were some tablesavailable outside too, but it was just a tad bit too chilly to go that route. Several of their burgers jumped out to me as Iwas skimming the huge selection of specialty burgers. The Hangover Helper is what I chose this time. Just enough zing with thejalapenos and chipotle mayo. Little messy, but that's where the fries did their job of catching anything that dropped out. Kidchoose just a plain bacon cheeseburger but said it's the best one he's had out in town in quite a while. Reports of thestrawberry milkshake were exceeding expectations. Read more
Absolutely the most amazing food! The variety is amazing, the sauces are flavorful, and the food is super customizable. Lots of... options for all dietary restrictions(vegetarians, etc). The kiddie meal comes with a drink and fries for $6ish. You can replaceany normal burger with a kiddie sized one. Read more
These are easily the best fries I've ever had. They are LOUD crunchy on the outside but so mashed potato-y on the inside. I did... not know this was possible with shoestring fries. Burger was damn good too, well seasoned and with right portion of toppings.Perfectly juicy, not overcooked, and in my hand in less than 10 minutes from placing my order. Wow! I asked for a gluten freebun and they were thoughtful to ask about the toppings on my burger, and incidental contact in the fryer. Outstanding! Read more
