Very good, all homemade food! Friendly staff, clean place, prices are not at all bad, especially because the food is so good,... way better than any chain food around! They participate in the upside app! Booths looked roomy and family friendly, tablesavailable, plenty of seating area, a wheelchair ramp but no automatic door, plenty of room to get around and be seated onceinside. Read more
I got the sausage gravy and biscuits, husband got wings and cheese balls. Both were very good, came out hot, cheese balls were a... little hard. We didn't have to wait long. Very clean, staff was friendly. We have never been, just traveling through. Read more
The atmosphere here is undoubtedly among the best I've ever seen. The food was right up there with the atmosphere. I was seated... less than three minutes when they made me feel like part of the family. I have been a long haul truck driver for over 22 yearsnow and Kay's Place just made my very small list of best restaurants across the nation. I will definitely be back every chancethat I have. I highly recommend to anyone passing thru this area around meal time to stop by and have a great meal at areasonable price and get the free welcoming atmosphere on top of it all. Definitely worth stopping at if you're driving by around a meal time! Small place, but good food from a large menu and quite... good pies as well. While we were on the earlier side of of lunch time and there were relatively few people there when wearrived, it definitely got busier with apparent locals as it got more towards noon. Will definitely consider stopping again ifwe're in the area around meal time! Read more
I trusted googles recommendation and discovered this place. Walked in greater with a smile by the owners house. They were busy... so it took a minute for me to meet a server. Ordered my food and with 6 mins it was served warmed again with a smile. I even gotto meet the owner and she is the best. Noticing other customers and is wonderful at being there for everyone. What a great place to start the day! Really good food, perfect proportions! When you?re traveling you don?t want leftovers!! We... had an extra special little Hostess this morning, she?s the waitresses little girl, she may be young but she knows work ethicalready.
