After 3 orders over the last two months having errors, last week I finally said something. I understand it's busy, everyone is... stressed, stuff happens. However, the last order we had a missing topping (not a big deal) but our Greek salad was literallyhead lettuce and feta. I called to explain and was told on our next order they would replace the salad and give 3 dollars offfor the missed topping. Tonight we thought, one more time. Again the order was wrong. When I called I was told that I was wrongand that was what I had ordered. I was repeatedly read back the toppings and made to feel like a liar. I just have to say, aHawaiian pizza has pineapple and this was left off the Hawaiian. I told the manager I did not appreciate the way he wasspeaking to me as he was clearly frustrated and raising his voice. I said that I would gladly put my husband on since he was theperson who ordered. I was told good put your husband on. He told him the same thing in a very rude tone and said fine we willmake a new one and send it out, even though we were wrong. I get it, the pandemic has made people short of patience. However,after a long week of work and taking care of two ill children, who thankfully finally felt better, all I was looking forward towas an easy stress free supper. A sorry would have done. I don't know what has happened to people during the pandemic but thelack of responsibility, quality and compassion on some people's part is unacceptable. I will never order from here again. Have always been very happy with this Capri in kingsville. Pizza's great and so is there chicken and fries! Order from there... often and always when I have a group over. Owner is such a great guy! Read more
