Don't bother ordering hot food. They still haven't figured out how to run a restaurant. The service is a joke. Growing pains no... longer a valid excuse. I?ve read other reviews stating they won?t get DQ food again but will stick with the DQ ice cream because it can?t be messed... up?wrong. Spent $8.00 on the peanut buster parfait that was a runny, melty, sticky, no layered mess, made with chocolate syrupinstead of the famous hot fudge that DQ has been using in their parfaits since 1971, so once I contacted the manager sheapologized and admitted to ?someone? putting chocolate syrup in the hot fudge machine, but the person who made it didn?t evenrealize either?? So I guess this Kingsville location just decides how to make (then serve) a 50 year old menu item. Read more

Best blizzard I've had in a long time. It was mixed well and the flavors and chunks went all the way to the bottom.

By far the worse fast food restaurant I have ever been too. Staff are not friendly at all. I ordered the $9.00 meal deal which... comes with a sundae but i didn't want the sundae. They asked if i wanted a coupon for the sundae to redeem at another time so isaid sure. When I got the reciept I noticed they charged me a $1.00 for the sundae when I asked why I thought it came includedin the meal they said thats how it is. I said so i should have just ordered the sundae and left it on the counter and themanager said yes. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. Read more

Unfortunately DQ fell very short with their cake decorating skills! Ordered this cake 48 hours in advance and was told they had... a great cake decorator! Not sure what the yellow and red things are supposed to be but I asked for a drinking themed cake formy daughter's 19th birthday. Needless to say she was very disappointed. Read more
