They don't listen! We ordered 4 EGG Mcmuffins due to us being vegetarian, we waited 10mins for them to make them( that's no... problem) but then we get home open the bag and they gave us 4 HAM and egg Mcmuffins! Just frustrating! Read more
Went through the drive thru at around 7 pm Thursday night and the young man on the cash window was awesome , great to see... someone so pumped about his job. My parents who were visiting were so impressed they want o go back again before theyleave. Good job young man you do Kingsville proud! Read more
Everytime I go here the chicken nuggets are stale, fries are stale, they can?t even get my drink right. Asked for a Diet Coke... and got a iced tea. Something needs to be done about these careless workers. Read more
I ordered a McFlurry and snack wrap. asked for extra cheese on a snack wrap, and paid extra too. Got the snack wrap. They shut... the window and never came back with the McFlurry. So I went back through to get it. The next thing I notice is, I never gotextra cheese. So I Went through the drive thru again to get it, didn?t get it that time either. So for the 4th time I go aroundagain, I received a fat snack wrap with probably 10 pieces of cheese and loaded with ranch. Thoroughly disgusted. Read more

This McDonald's continues to deliver sub-par food, usually cold and stale, to our family. Food appears to be assembled by 2 year... old's out back. Cheese, mac sauce, etc. is never on the bun where it belongs but is running down the side of the buns. Burgersfalling apart and messy. I realize that Big Mac's can become messy but these were beyond what you would consider normal. Messyand they hadn't even been picked up yet. Cold McChicken sandwich tonight and cold french fries (x3) is the last straw. Thisplace needs new ownership and management. They are friendly but can't make good food if their lives depended on it. Sick ofcomplaining, sick of submitting in negative survey's, sick of broken promises to fix the problems and sick of getting "coupons"to make the problems disappear. Corporate McDonald's needs to get involved with this place. Don't go, don't waste your time ormoney on an experience that will surely be severely under what you would expect from a normal McDonald's. Found a French fry on the floor under a table by the front window. It was covered with a large number of ants. Reported it to... the managers. One of them took a picture of the fry covered in ants. They apologized and said that they would look after thesituation right away. One of the store employees came around with a broom, but only swept up around the front of the tables. Ihad to ask her to check along the floor at the end of the table where the fry and the ants ???? were. I guess she wasn't totallyinformed by management. Read more
