Everytime i pick up a mobil order, im told one of the items I've ordered is out of stock. One time i was even asked to come back... the next day once they got their shipment in. I drove away with out a refund and never gave BK another chance until today. Ireceived a delivery order and my all the way burger only had pickles and onions. It didn't even have mayo or ketchup. I ended upgetting the missing items from my fridge, but if i wanted to make a burger at home i would have. They also forgot my sauce formy chicken fries. This place is trash. Read more
Today, at BK kingsville I was trully impressed!! Ordered a #1meal with bacon all the way, and I was amazed with her burger and... all ingredients! My burger hit the spot! When I opened my BK bag, my burger was very well wrapped and my burger was unusuallyhot in temperature. That was a good sign. Then I dug into it. This morning I went this establishment and ordered 2 ham croissants and a large hash round. The first picture is of the... croissant that I bit into that burnt my lip. You can see the where the cheese had melted out of the sandwich and the bun top hadpeeled off uponunwrapping. I ate the hash rounds. I tried to call but it said it couldn't be dialed. So I tried different waysto dial to no avail. I took the second sandwich back to the restauran and told them what happened. I was told that they weremade to order and that it had been heated up to long. Now i asked myself,, "Why would a made-to-order product need to be heatedup?". Anyway, I asked for a refund or to replace it with a double cheeseburger. They obliged my request and I asked if theycould throw in a small fry which was also granted. Upon getting my order bagged, she told me to be careful with burger becauseit had been heated up as well. I ordered the cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. Special order. The second pick is howit looked when I got home. Five minutes later.. Again.....overheated. why are they reheating these sandwiches? Made to order? Mya$$. So if you go to this Burger King in Kingsville, TX, aske them to make it fresh and not reheated. Hope this helps someone. Read more
This Burger King just reopened and so far I'm not impressed. The girl at the register was new, and it took her several minutes... to get some help. We ordered the original chicken sandwich meal with cheese, the Texas whopper meal, and a chicken salad. Wewere told that they didn't have any grilled chicken for the salad but crispy chicken was fine. When our number was called thesalad was not on the tray but there was a chicken sandwich instead. I took it back up and was finally told that they didn't haveany salad. We were not notified of this at all. I dont know who made the decision to substitute a sandwich for a salad becausewe were never asked about it or given any other options. Someone else decided on their own what we wanted to eat. I dont know ifits lack of training or plain just dont care about the customers but it will be a long time before I come back, and that's ashame because we have been waiting for the reopening. So I just came through the drive thru and I felt bad because it was 30 minutes before they closed. But the server was very... patient and kind! I was greeted with a friendly smile and great service. And my food was fresh. This is a great location! Read more
