Food was great, but mostly the car service was even better. My car overheated and fluid was leaking out while ordering in the... drive-thru and all the employees worked quickly to get everyone out with their orders and they even pushed my car out to a saferlocation in the parking lot so I could figure out my situation. They redid my order (didn't finish ordering or paying) and evengave us a free brownie with the option to even dine-in while we figured out our situation. Their small act of kindness made adifference in my day today, and I so badly wanted to give more thanks but there was so much going on. Instead, I hope thisreview will help their location and that let them know that their help was much appreciated. Thank you all that were workingthere between 5pm/7pm for going above and beyond. Longest wait I have ever had for sandwich. #1 one person in front of me that ordered a #1. They clock them out so their times... don't look so bad then when the receipt prints out the line them out so the computer doesn't log long ticket times. Then youwait five minutes longer because they lack the ability to multi-task. Take away their ability to remove tickets from time counton the inside counter and get real with what tour real serve times are! Way longer than what it seems I used to work fast foodthat's a common scheme. Your ticket times to ordered are way longer because they spent longer on prolonging the order than theyspent on making it right and timely! Read more

I love Chick-fil-A. Today I was upset with them. I ordered online for curbside, when I got there and check in. The app said they... was making our food, then at 5:49 it said our food was on its way, but we didn't get it till 5:56. I hate when employees try tocheat the systems to get better numbers, and I'm outside waiting and wondering what's taking so long. If your going to pushthose buttons saying my food is ready you better have my food at my door within a minute or two.
