Ordered online for pickup and had ordered 1 two piece chicken original and 1 two piece spicy chicken meal w/ mashed potato... along with 2 side orders (1 Mac&cheese and 1 okra). Got there for pickup after the time it gave me and had to wait longer asthey hadn?t had it ready yet but also had confusion on it not being a Doordash order. None of that matters to me and I don?tmind waiting and no one was behind me so no rush. Unfortunately when I finally got home and gave out the food, both sets ofchicken were regular and the okra was exchanged for another order of mashed potato. The food we did get was okay but bland(definitely not ?bold?), like school cafeteria food which cannot be blamed on the workers because it is a chain. The mac&cheesewas just flavorless mush. Everything was great. The Mac n cheese was delicious minus the pasta being a bit overcooked, but at least it was served HOT!
Ordered a chicken sandwich and the bread was basically burnt and the chicken was very hard and salty. This isn't the first time... it comes out this way. Also the fries were cold when I got them. Read more

Ordered the bbq boneless wings with fries. The wings are really good. The fries were a little dry but were okay. Also ordered... the honey butter biscuits. They are amazing! I would definitely recommend ordering the honey butter biscuits. All together, formy first time eating here, the food was outstanding. Read more
Everything is precooked (tender are dry) before you order it and everything is prepackage (side orders cold ) and charge extra... for condiments (only give you one) it wasn?t even busy Read more
