I?ve been going to this McDonald?s for the past 4 years mostly mornings. Sometimes they give me what I order and sometimes they... mess up but have always been nice to correct the mistakes. These past 6 months the staff is terrible they mess up on orders moreand it takes forever to get you orders. The staff at the window are good most of the time as long as you don?t have a complaintyour good but lord help you if you do they will never forget even the manager is ugly smh don?t go here new staff are rude and don?t care much about customers. Service and food has never been an issue here. There is another store closer to my house but I prefer driving here. Service was... fast. Only 4 stars on food because I got nasty fries for the first time ever here. I didn't even bother checking before I left.Still my choice of stores. Always refuses to take orders during the times of 0100-0400. They will tell you that all orders will take 25-30 min on an... attempt to have you leave. Don't waste your gas stopping here at night. Read more
On a beach trip from Beautiful South Padre Island & heading back to Austin Texas.. We have a group of 9 family members stopped... to eat here & this restaurant is so clean & employees are very nice & service was great & received our food quickly! Picked up lunch from this particular McDonalds today. After getting back to work and eating through my fries, I found something... that made me come to complete stop and forced me to spit out the fry. I found a whole dead flying ant in my fries. This isdisgusting!! I took a picture of the fries with the dead flying ant in it. I don't think I'll eat here again. I'll take mybusiness to McDonalds on 14th street. I'm currently trying to get in contact with this McDonalds to let them know that I found awhole dead insect in my food. How did they win best store awards for the time frames that they won? Employees are so kind! Stopped here on the way to Houston for a quick meal and didn't realize we left a phone till much later!... Luckily we called and the Employees were so nice and held the phone for us. Read more
