I ordered a sausage and cheese pizza and this is what they gave me, half of the pizza don?t have cheese on it. It was a couple... minutes before they closed so I?m pretty sure they were rushing it and not caring about what the pizza looked liked. Cause Idon?t see how u can make this, box it and think that?s okay. Very disappointed and will NEVER be ordering from this papa johnsagain. Very unprofessional. I?ve ordered a few times in the past. Usually it?s decent. Definitely not the best pizza I?ve eaten from a pizza delivery... company. Usually they are prompt with the delivery. But over 70 percent of the time I receive a pizza lacking what I ordered. Igave them 1 last chance. Pizza was terrible. Customer service Is terrible also. Order at your own risk! Read more

I usually have great service everytime I come here. But tonight, I wasnt even noticed at the front for more than 5 minutes until... finally a driver came out and saw me there standing there and finally asked if I been helped. I am writing this because of last 2 consecutive bad experiences with this specific store. 1st time was when I ordered and it... came with almost burnt veggies and my required sauce was not with the order. 2nd was today when I asked for one sauce and theysent another sauce instead and when i called the person blamed me for ordered what they sent but I asked her to check her orderfirst and I was right they sent wrong sauce and I asked to not include jalapenos but that was also included and on top of thatorder came after 1 hr 10 mins with cold pizza. The Store is very small, run by two people. Their pizza on the other hand is legendary. You can pick between Hand tossed or... thick crust. It was a wholesome experience enjoying almost home made pizza. The environment could be better tho. The ac insidereally needs to be fixed. Read more
