After four years, i decided to order a Pizza from PizzaHut. But feeling pity for you guys. First issue is when I tried to... purchase pizza online.Tried purchasing by signing in/signing up/using guest user. The app is frustratingly defective. Eventuallygave a call to make an order. I would recommend either deactivate the app and file bankruptcy/ or hire skilled people in yourtech team. While waiting for the order, I was searching in google if PizzaHut filed bankruptcy. Turned out my assumption wascorrect! :| Secondly, the pizza that I ordered was super dry. Please steal some recipe from other franchises at least to makethe pizza delicious. As a well-wisher I would suggest you to spend more money in your tech team (make a defect-free app),marketing team(offer deals like Dominos at least) and the better recipe (be generous). Otherwise this business will surely die.if I had couple of billions of dollars, I would have donated some to keep you alive.. tables were dirty, salads weren't fresh and the whole restaurant smelled like gas. got our order wrong and gave us bottled... drinks since they said they had no ice. if you finish the small bottle know they're gonna make you pay for another one. just getcarry out instead of dining in, completely not worth it.
