Food was good except for the red beans and rice. The rice was hard/old. People were polite. BUT took it very 40 min to get the... food...then they wanted us to wait another 4 minutes for the biscuits..... seriously y'all it was ridiculous. As we were waitingone patron left with only HALF of his order so he had to come back and get it. No body told him that it was only half the order3min after he left the other half was ready. Avoid this place if you are not willing to wait 40+ minutes for your food. Alsotheir restrooms were disgusting..... Read more
While I do like Popeyes we had a horrible experience on our way back to SA. They had no white meat, we waited over 30 mins for... our food, food was cold, Rice was uncooked, and our order was wrong! We will not be returning to this location. Read more
The cashier lady was very sweet and polite. The young man working the window came to fill up drinks and asked me how I was doing... as I stood there waiting for my order. That was very sweet of him since it was hot in there and I was already very tired. Read more
Super slow drive thru. I wouldn't mind the wait as much if the food was hot and order was correct; however, this was not the... case. My order was completely wrong and wasn't even hot. The exterior around the drive thru also has an unpleasant smell. Read more

I took a long time to get our food even with ordering ahead in the app. I can live with that. Sometimes places get busy. ... However, when I got home and took the lid off my unsweetened tea to add sweetener, there was a dead fly in it. I don't know howthe person putting the lid on did not see it ?? Read more
