Worst coffee ever made and there is this one older lady that is rude. Literally wanted a simple cold brew with oat milk and 2... pumps sugar free syrup and they couldn?t even do that correctly, keep in mind they barely filled the cup with cold brew and iwatched this girl add water to the fill the cup and barley put any oat milk. They need new workers or at least some workers thathave actual experience of making coffee. We students pay a lot of money to come to this school and to get terrible service andgross coffee isn?t right. Fix it!! Read more

I've never had reason to complain about this location until now. I placed my order at the drive thru ordered a grande sized... herbal tea along with some pastries & another drink. The croissant was burned at the bottom, the scone was warmed after tellingthem not to warm it up, & not only did they give me the wrong tea but the wrong size as well. Don't waste your time. 40+ minute wait in the drive-thru. 30+ minute wait inside. Sporadic hours (not open during posted hours... of business) Not enough staff and ALWAYS out of product. I don't care good some of their products may be, I won't be back Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor and rude management. It's the first week of school and they're already out pf iced... coffee and failed to make cold brew. By the second week they're still out of iced coffee, so I order a cold brew instead. I likemy coffee strong so I ask for a shot of espresso and the frumpy manager tells me NO, and says the cold brew is too strong forthat. She then rushes me through the line and doesn't let me finish my order. This same manager also lectures and nags employeesin front of customers. Sure, we're only college students why do we deserve good customer service? So here I am sipping my weakcold brew and I am never coming back to this Starbucks again. Read more
nice MONOPOLY of incompetence, cant put a medium amount of espresso IN a large ...SORRY grande cup, has to be 4? AND always out... of half and half. I lived here for 2014 and 2015 then visiting NOW 2017, just ever incompetent --wifi is also garbage u need apassword for university wifi, plus hours are all over the place. Read more
